Records change and mistakes happen. This page explains how to get an entry corrected or removed, and what we do with your request.

How to ask

Write to soporte@testiumlabs.com and include, as far as you can:

You do not need a lawyer and you do not need to frame it as a legal claim. A plain email is enough.

What we prioritise

Acquittals and overturned convictionsIf the record no longer supports the entry, it does not belong on the map. These requests go to the front of the queue.
Spent convictionsWhere a conviction has been cancelled or spent under the applicable law, we remove rather than argue.
MinorsAny request involving the identification of a minor is treated as urgent.
Factual errorsWrong location, wrong status, wrong date, wrong attribution. Fixed as soon as we can verify.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge. You get a reply confirming we have it.
  2. We check the record. Against the original source and, where relevant, against any later source you have given us.
  3. We act. Correct, annotate, or remove.
  4. We tell you. Including when we decide not to act, and why.

When we decline

We will not remove an entry simply because it is unwelcome. If a case is accurately reflected in current public record and the request comes from a third party with no connection to it, the entry stays.

But that is a narrow exception, not a default posture. Where the balance is genuinely unclear, we remove. An app like this earns its place by being careful, not by being complete.

Nothing here limits your rights. This process exists to resolve things quickly and without formality. It does not replace, restrict or condition any legal right you may have under data protection, privacy or press law in your jurisdiction.

Frequently asked questions

How do I report an error?

Write to soporte@testiumlabs.com with the case, what is wrong and, if you have it, the source that shows the correct position.

How long does it take?

We aim to acknowledge within a few working days. Requests involving acquittals, spent convictions or minors are prioritised.

Will you tell me what you decided?

Yes. Every request gets an answer, including the ones we decline, with the reason.

Do I need a lawyer to request a removal?

No. A plain email is enough. You do not need to make a formal legal claim for us to look at an entry.
