CrimeLensSubscriptions & billing
CrimeLens subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) are managed by Apple. To view, change or cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select CrimeLens and choose a plan or cancel.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases
Changed device or reinstalled? Open the paywall in the App and tap Restore to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple Account.
Report an inaccuracy or request a correction
CrimeLens aggregates third-party reporting and links to the original sources. If a reference looks inaccurate, outdated or should not be shown, the route is the one set out in Corrections and removals, which explains what to include, what we prioritise and what happens next.
