2Location
If you grant permission, the App uses your device location solely to centre the map on where you are and to show cases near you. Location is processed on your device to render the map and query nearby cases. We do not sell your location and do not build advertising profiles from it. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings; the App remains usable by searching cities manually.
3Account & sign-in
You may use the App as a guest (“Continue on this device”) or sign in with Apple or Google. If you sign in, we process the minimal identifier provided by that sign-in (such as a user identifier and, where applicable, an email) only to maintain your session and entitlements. Authentication is handled by the respective provider and by our authentication service.
4Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive from Apple the status of your subscription (active/expired) in order to unlock features.
5Third-party sources
When you open a source link, you leave the App and visit a third-party website governed by its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of those sites.
6Diagnostics
We may use aggregate, non-identifying diagnostics (such as crash reports provided by Apple) to keep the App working. These do not identify you personally.
7Data retention & your rights
We keep only what is necessary to provide the service. Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data associated with your account by writing to privacidad@testiumlabs.com.
8Children
The App is not directed to children and is intended for a general, adult audience given the nature of its content.
9Changes
We may update this policy; the current version published here or in the App governs your use. Governing law and jurisdiction are as stated in our Terms & Conditions (Spanish law; Courts of Barcelona).
